🛎️ GOMYHOME Return & Refund Policy

At GOMYHOME, we strive to build lasting partnerships with our B2B clients by delivering quality furniture and dependable service. Please review our return and refund policy designed specifically for wholesale orders.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Only items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage are eligible for return.

  • All returns require pre-approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Products must be in original packaging and unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Clearance, discontinued, or bulk-discount items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or storage

Refunds & Credits:

  • Approved returns will be refunded as store credit or original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the item at our warehouse.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • GOMYHOME reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 15% for returned items.
