30-Day Return Policy
Most items purchased from GOMYHOME.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be in original, resalable condition
• Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or excessive wear
• Include all original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To expedite resolution, please provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
• A brief description of the issue
Depending on the situation, GOMYHOME may provide:
• Replacement parts
• A replacement product
• Partial compensation
• A full refund
Our goal is always to resolve issues quickly without unnecessary returns whenever possible.
Replacement Parts & Repair Solutions
For furniture products, minor damages or missing components can often be resolved through replacement parts.
Before authorizing a return, GOMYHOME reserves the right to offer replacement parts, repair solutions, or partial compensation where appropriate.
Customers may choose these options if they prefer a faster resolution.
Customer Preference Returns
Returns due to personal preference are accepted within the 30-day return window, including:
• Change of mind
• Item no longer needed
• Color preference
• Size preference
• Style preference
Returned items must remain in unused and resalable condition.
Return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Large Furniture Return Shipping
Furniture and oversized items require special freight handling.
For customer-preference returns, return shipping charges may range from $50 to $300 or more depending on:
• Product size and weight
• Carrier requirements
• Pickup location
The exact return shipping cost will be communicated before the return is approved.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Assembled Product Returns
We strongly recommend inspecting all components before assembly.
Furniture that has been fully or partially assembled may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.
Items showing signs of use, modification, improper assembly, or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a full refund.
Original Packaging Requirement
Please retain all original packaging materials until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
For many furniture returns, the original packaging is required for carrier pickup and safe transportation.
If original packaging is unavailable, additional repackaging or pickup fees may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.
Refunds may be reduced by:
• Return shipping costs
• Restocking fees (when applicable)
• Missing parts or accessories
• Damage caused after delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be treated as a return request under this policy.
Applicable return shipping fees may apply.
Exchanges
At this time, GOMYHOME does not offer direct exchanges.
Customers wishing to purchase a different item may return the original product (subject to this policy) and place a new order.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order for reasons unrelated to shipping damage or carrier error, the order will be treated as a customer-preference return.
Actual return freight costs and any applicable handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
